Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Process
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to assist you in canceling it.

Timeframe for Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders processed beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for cancellation due to our swift fulfillment process. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel an Order
To request an order cancellation, please reach out to our customer service team via email or through our website’s contact form. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. Our team will respond to you promptly with next steps.

Order Modifications
If you would like to modify your order, such as changing the shipping address or updating your payment method, please contact us as soon as possible. We can assist with modifications if the order is still in the processing stage. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to it.

Refunds and Credits
If your order is successfully canceled before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
